About Me

Welcome to my world.
As a single mum to a young person who has faced his own challenges with mental health and neurodivergence I deeply understand the importance of support and empowerment. I am a lifelong learner with a diverse skill set, dedicated to helping others find their unique paths to success. Whether through music, fitness, or wellness advocacy, my mission is to inspire and uplift those around me.
I am a musician, alongside some colleagues, we run a community string orchestra once per week who perform once per term. I also play in the occasional wedding, event or show. My love for music has supported me to learn and investigate the impacts that music making has on our brain function, such an interesting space!
I am passionate about exercise and I train six days per week with various activities; including Crossfit, personal training, Pilates, swimming, walking or just enjoying a sauna. I am a strong believer than exercise improves wellness and overall mental heath.
When people ask me what I do, I often refer to myself as a helper. I believe I support those around me in various ways and am proud to offer services to all types of people in a way that they need. I am here to listen.
I am a solution focused person and I lead all endeavors in this way, searching for solutions and working on them. I live my life working actively on my wellness, helping my son grow into a good human and pride myself on my ability to help others feel success.
